Navigate to your Pre on your computer. On a Windows machine, you can right click on your Start menu, and click Explore. Scroll down the file structure on the left until you find the Pre. Copy PRC and PDB files to Install folder.

Soft-Reset: Orange + Sym + R. Will automatically reset your Palm Pre. Open a link in a new browser card: Hold down Orange + Space and tap a link. Delete an app: Orange + Tap
