A very sophisticated pot growing operation was discovered inside of an Orlando home on Hidden Trail Road and agents said the crop of marijuana was worth $1 million. The marijuana growing operation was so elaborate that crews with Progress Energy confirmed there is a line underground that leads from the home to a power pole. Whoever did that bypassed the meter and stole thousands of dollars worth of electricity. Undercover drug agents said they arrested 37-year-old Pedro Tomas after they discovered an abandoned house full of evidence that he was growing and trafficking marijuana

A truck driver in Taiwan says panic made him drive through a crowd of protesters, injuring three.

Firefighters as they watched the $80,000 truck melt in minutes. The driver said he had just gotten off I-94 and was heading south on Highway 83 when the cab filled up with black smoke. He barely had time to get out with his dog Harley. Harley didn't want to get out because the smoke was getting so bad.
