Cannelloni alla Provenzale is a pasta dish made with commercially prepared cannelloni or manicotti shells, dried porcini, lean pork, fresh spinach, unsalted butter, small onion, carrot, celery, parsley, some salt and pepper to taste, dry marsala, tomato paste, freshly grated parmigiano and freshly grated nutmeg to taste.
