taggingtool
If you run an institutional repository based
on EPrints,
the TaggingTool lets you offer the following features on
every item in your repository:

Features
The TaggingTool connects institutional repository content with the wider literature by allowing users to
- See what tags have been assigned to an article in del.icio.us, Connotea, or any service running Connotea Code.
- See links to other articles that share those tags, filtered according to article host.
- Bookmark the article in their own account at del.icio.us, Connotea, or any service running Connotea Code, and assign their own tags.
- See a dynamically generated list of related items.
