Shark SV736K 15.6-Volt Cordless Handheld Vacuum Cleaner with Motorized Brush, Colors Vary
www.americasvacuum.com
I have no real purpose now for an upright vacuum; this thing takes care of everything. And I have been known, once or twice, to run in up and down my pants to remove cat hair, it works like a charm. Now only if I could run it up and down the cat. It makes my white couch (cat sovereignty) pristine and I can even get in between my keyboard keys. I just love it; they make Black and Decker dirt devil look like punks.

Great Hoover S3765-040 WindTunnel Electronic Bagless Canister Vacuum
www.americasvacuum.com
This vacuum is absolutly wonderful!!! I researched for days upon days to the point where people were calling it an obsession ;) This seemed to be the most logical choice. I decided on canister vacuum though I have never had one because I have a large kitchen and I wanted to do the lanolium in there with ease. Well this does the job. I have burber throughout the rest of the house and this vacuum cleans it like a champ! I wanted bagless because I hate the cost and hassel of bags. This is the first REAL vacuum Ive bought. Others have been dirt devils lol. I got this with free shipping at the buzz electronics for 193.99! Mine is model S3765-040 But I cant find the difference between this one and mine. Mine has the attachement with the brushes in it too. This is the only place I could find the model they have listed. So if you want a GREAT vacuum this is the one!

Best Electrolux EL5020A Intensity Upright Vacuum Cleaner

This is a really great vacuum if you want something compact. It has great suctioning power! Changing the bags is easy and it's nice that dirt and debris doesn't get all over your hands or you cleaned carpet. Although the bags are small, the vacuum lets you know when it is full. I don't have alot of closet or storage space so this vacuum is great when folded down. It's small enough to fit under a bed. My favorite part is the retractable cord. I have to vacuum almost everyday because debris shows up on my dark red carpet easily and the retractable cord keeps me from winding and winding. Overall, this is a great, well-made vacuum. Not the cheap plastic you'd expect. This is a solid vacuum despite it's size.

Great Factory-Reconditioned Dyson DC07 Upright Vacuum, Steel/Yellow
www.americasvacuum.com
I was initially hesitant to buy a Dyson because of the price, but after my sister purchased one at a large department store and raved about it I decide to try the refurbished model about a year ago. First of all I HATE to vacuum, it rates right up there with bamboo shoots under the fingernails but I honestly don't mind it with this vacuum. It's quite a bit heavier than the Eureka it replaced, yet it is so much easier to push and maneuver and I love that all the pieces can be broken apart and snapped back together by hand, no tools needed if something clogs. I had vacuumed with the old Eureka two days before the Dyson arrived and re-vacuumed the same area when it arrived and was stunned to get a half canister of dirt and dog hair. The canister is very clean and easy to dump and I love not dealing with bags anymore.

Great Hoover 5507-900 Elite Auto-Rewind Bagless Upright Vacuum Cleaner
www.americasvacuum.com
Having two different Eureka Optima's break within a six month period, I figured it was a sign to maybe try a different make and model. Then I saw this Hoover and figured I'd give it a try. I'll admit I was a little unsure at first because it was a little too big, especially for my apartment. But wow, was I surprised by it's performance and features. Setup was a breeze, took five minutes and a phillips screwdriver. The retractable cord is an awesome feature, but by far my favorite feature has to be how you release the dust cup. It's just common sense, but took forever for someone to realize "Hmmm, let's make it easy and prevent dirt going everywhere by having the cup release from the BOTTOM!" And you can do so one handed, with the flick of your thumb. Storage is the same as my old Optima, it's just a little taller, but I can tell this badboy is going to be around for a long long time. Five stars all the ways!

Best Eureka 71B Hand-Held Vacuum
www.americasvacuum.com
Wow! This thing REALLY works! I could not believe what nastiness this thing picked up immediately AFTER I vacuumed with my Dirt Devil Vacuum! There was so much dust/dirt that the Eureka picked up that I got on my hands and knees and "hand-vacuumed" my entire room! It was amazing! I am so impressed with this tiny guy that I'm buying one for my mom! This is great for the couch and dusty furniture! And I love how it plugs in and doesn't "charge" on batteries. All of those rechargable vacuums use their power by one year. I love the long cord and the power this baby has! I love love love it!

Best Hoover U5140-900 Tempo Widepath Bagged Upright Vacuum

This is a good deal. I will never buy another bagless vacumn. I'll take a sealed bag any day of the week. This vacumn works better than most models selling for 3 or 4 times the amount.
