The Bowflex Series 3 Treadmill represents an excellent value for the investment. It is a solid machine that will give years of dependable service.

This arrived very quickly and was well packed. For someone like me who just wants to exercise three or four times a week it is great. Although it would also be good for everyday use. I have it in a bedroom on the first floor and it does vibrate a little. If a heavy person was using it they should probably think about positioning it on the ground floor. Only down thing so far is that the water bottle does not stay in the cup holder but jumps out when machine is running fast!!

I purchased this recently through Amazon. The equipment exceeded my expectations and is good value for money at less than £400/=. With membership of sports centres costing in the region of £400/= this is well within the range of the average family when one considers cost of fuel etc. in having travel to such venues.
