Almost everybody is surprised when they hear that my wife and I live by the sea. They can’t fathom why we’d travel such a long stretch to work every day. We found a great villa among Ocean City real estate that looked better than we could’ve ever imagined, and for a much lower price than we would’ve paid for a place closer to the city.
