I brought this armband to use at the gym. My ipod fit in nicely and it's very comfortable on my arm. I wear it when I'm running, doing weights on the bench and whilst doing floor work. It doen't get in the way, rub me or have any sharp or irritating edges. I throw it in the washing machine with the rest of my gym kit after each session and because it's neoprene it washes well. Loved the price as well. If you want to fit a key in the pocket you might have a little trouble as it's rather small, but if like me you don't want to talk to men that think they are gods in whilst in the gym buy this and plug in your ipod and you wont have too!
