...s. A good characteristic of leadership is being open minded; if I could change one thing about myself in order to be a better leader would be to make sure I am more open minded to other peoples ideas.
Its often easy to be closed minded when others are trying to contribute their thoughts or ideas. Being a good leader also means being a good listener. You can often benefit from the input and ideas of others as long as you have the willingness and open-mindedness to accept and consider their thoughts and opinions. If I were to not be closed minded about other peoples views on things then that would make me a better leader.
