India on Monday criticised Pakistan's reported disqualification of political parties and candidates of occupied Jammu and Kashmir for not declaring their allegiance to Islamabad and said it "exposes the insincerity" of the country's "proclaimed policy that the future of the state should be decided by its people".

In the recently concluded round table meet in Srinagar PM Manmohan singh set up 5 committees. Ampng them is the committe whose task is to "strengthen the right to information act". In a move to discourage the ongoing peace process by PM, militants conducted a series of attacks this week. The latest one being an grenade attack on a tourist bus. It left at least four people, including a kid, dead and many more injured.
