Chimpanzees differ from our human sample in showing higher levels of activity in ventromedial prefrontal cortex and lower levels of activity in left-sided cortical areas involved in language and conceptual processing in humans.

This is a brief summary of the story where a chipanzee, who had basically been raised by this woman/family attacked and almost killed a friend of the family. The friend is in critical condition, and the chimpanzee was killed on the scene by police, after being stabbed by it's owner multiple times.
