A recent study published in the journal PLoS Genetics has revealed that sugar is linked with ageing. The study by the Universite de Montreal has said in the journal that glucose adds to ageing. They have pointed out that over consumption of sugar leads to ageing fast.

Ageing is a natural process and one cannot avoid it. Well, intrinsic and extrinsic ageing are the two types of ageing. Intrinsic ageing is the natural way of ageing and extrinsic is caused by external factors like environment.
